Overnight near Karatu

Exit Manyara and return to the Karatu highlands for your final night — positioned perfectly for the pre-dawn Serengeti departure.

Pre-dawn departure → Enter Serengeti → Game drive → Return to Arusha

Early exit from Karatu before first light — the drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is spectacular as sunrise breaks over the highlands.

Cross Naabi Hill Gate and drop into the great plains. The scale of it stops every first-timer cold.
